Waste EV battery producers shall register with the Environmental Protection Department (EPD) as chemical waste producers; arrange proper packaging, labelling, and storage of waste batteries; and engage the services of licensed chemical waste collectors to collect and transport waste batteries to licensed chemical waste disposal facilities for proper disposal.
