Overview

Starting from 4 May 2026, GREEN$ users can convert their GREEN$ Points directly into AlipayHK A. Point. This expands usage for GREEN$ and offers the public more convenient and diversified reward options, encouraging ongoing participation in waste reduction and clean recycling. Once converted, A. Point can be used flexibly for everyday expenses— covering a wide range of everyday scenarios, including online shopping, bill payments, transportation, retail, and dining.

【How to Convert to A. Point】

Before Points Conversion:

Download and install the GREEN$ Mobile App and the AlipayHK App, and register as a GREEN$ user and an AlipayHK user respectively.
Within the GREEN$ Mobile App, authorisation and binding of the GREEN$ account to the AlipayHK account are required. Each GREEN$ user may bind to one AlipayHK account only.
Conversion from GREEN$ to A. Point is available to GREEN$ Mobile App users only.

Conversion rate and limits:

Every 100 GREEN$ Points can be converted into 1,000 A. Point. If there are insufficient GREEN$ Points, the conversion cannot proceed.
A maximum of 1,000 GREEN$ Points may be converted per calendar month (equivalent to 10,000 A. Point).
The conversion rate and related details are subject to the latest display in the GREEN$ Mobile App and the AlipayHK App.

【“Wellcome” Offer: First-time Binding and Conversion to A. Point】

From 4 May to 31 October 2026, GREEN$ users who bind an AlipayHK account for the first time and successfully convert GREEN$ Points into A. Point will receive a welcome bonus – HK$10 Wellcome e-coupon. Limited quota, first-come, first-served.
